Subject: [Bioc-devel] Cairo dependency problem in the OSX machine
Hello all, Recently, a package I submitted to Bioconductor failed with an error message in the OS X system. This is the link for the build: http://bioconductor.org/spb_reports/PubScore_buildreport_20191208212325.html#celaya2_buildsrc_anchor The problem was with the Cairo package, which is a dependency of "plotly": https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/plotly/index.html Stack Overflow says that if I owned the Mac, I should install xquartz, which doesn't come anymore built in the OS X system. Any suggestions of how I can proceed? Best and thanks, Tiago Tiago Lubiana Mestrando em Bioinform?tica, FCF/USP *Computational Systems Biology Laboratory (CSBL)* Telefone (laborat?rio): +55 (11) 2648-0240 Telefone (pessoal): +55 (11) 954258000 [[alternative HTML version deleted]] _______________________________________________ Bioc-devel at r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioc-devel This email message may contain legally privileged and/or confidential information.
