Subject: [Bioc-devel] Announcing a new package: R3CPET

Hello everybody,

We are very happy to announce that our package R3CPET is now available at
the Bioconductor-dev. R3CPET stand for : finding Co-factor Complexes
maintaining Chia-PET interactions.

It is based on a nonparametric hierarchical Dirichlet process , to infer the
set of the most probable cofactor proteins involved in maintaining chromatin
interactions associated with a protein of interest.

Given a set of ChIA-PET interactions, ChIP-Seq signals and a PPI, 3CPET
tries to infer the different protein networks involved in maintain chromatin
interactions in a locus-specific manner.

Beside predicting the networks, the package enables users to explore their
raw data and results using the R command line or using a Shiny-based
web-interface.

We hope that the tool will helpful in the downstream chromatin interaction
analysis.

Please let us know if you have any feedback, suggestions or feature
requests.

Best regards,

Nadhir
