[Bioc-devel] Courtesy message for prospective package contributers.

This is a courtesy reminder for all prospective package contributors.

If you want your package to make it into the upcoming release of 
Bioconductor (2.11), please make sure you have submitted your package to 
our issue tracker by the 12th of September 2012.  Interested parties can 
find the release schedule here:
