I'm curious how you got this repository location path? This path is not valid, http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.6/extra<http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.6/extra/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.4:> no longer exists. Hi, I am trying to access the binaries for R 3.4.3 on OSX and I get: Warning: unable to access index for repository http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.6/extra/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.4: cannot open URL 'http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/3.6/extra/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.4/PACKAGES' I have no idea how to fix this (the page is a 404), but you might be interested to know.
