[Bioc-devel] Updated annotation data for TESTING

Hi all,

We've put updated annotation data packages into the devel data
repository:

http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/data/annotation/devel/src/contrib/html/

These have been built using a recent pull from the public data
sources.  I don't think there are any significant structural changes
to report (Ting, please correct me if I'm missing something).

You can install these packages by:

1. Use R 2.2.0
2. source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
3. biocLite("hgu95av2")

Please test your packages and their vignettes against these packages
and let us know of any issues you encounter.  

Please do not use these for analysis, these were produced for the
purpose of testing the updated data.  We will release another set as
we approach the 1.7 release date.
