[Bioc-devel] update maintainer or nucleR package

Hello,

I am Ricard and I am the current maintainer of the nucleR package [1].
As per [2], we would like to change the current maintainer to be Diego,
(with email diego.gallego at irbbarcelona.org), CCed here.

Please, let me know if you need anything else to do the change.
