[Bioc-devel] Version on GitHub mirror different than Bioconductor

I'm not really sure what went wrong; your package was accepted at version 0.99.19 but the script that processes the packages to svn pulled down (most of!) 0.99.20. The most straight-forward step is to update svn to get it back in sync, following the directions in the acceptance email / at http://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/source-control/ Bump the version to 0.99.21. the svn commit (r122398, mirrored to git) that changed version to 0.99.20 was after the most recent nightly builds started http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.4/bioc-LATEST/ (note the 'Last Changed Revi: 122395) The version available via the web site will sync on next successful build, likely today late afternoon Eastern.
