This has been on my list to get to for some time--I will take care of it today. By the way, how did you get to that page?
Using a by now rather well known search engine and searching for "Bioconductor release EBImage". "Bioconductor EBImage" leads you to the developers page.
There is a new package page: http://www.bioconductor.org/help/bioc-views/release/bioc/html/EBImage.html This page has the same issue--except there is only one Windows binary available, incorrectly labelled as for both 32 and 64-bit.
BTW, has anyone (including non-Bioc admins) tried/succeeded to build the 64-bit Windows version? Thxs Henrik

Note that biocLite("EBImage") correctly reports the package as not
being available.
