Hi, The package pages seem to have lost memory when a package was introduced: http://bioconductor.org/packages/3.7/bioc/html/xcms.html http://bioconductor.org/packages/3.8/bioc/html/xcms.html In Bioconductor since BioC 1.6 (R-2.1) or earlier (> 13.5 years) but now it has reset to: http://bioconductor.org/packages/3.9/bioc/html/xcms.html http://bioconductor.org/packages/3.10/bioc/html/xcms.html http://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/xcms.html In Bioconductor since BioC 3.9 (R-3.6) (< 6 months) Not that it really matters, but in case you revisit how these pages are generated at some stage ...
