i got through once today after removing content of .subversion this strategy does not work now anyone else encountering this, or hints? thanks
Not seeing anything like this. What command produced this error? What about doing a fresh checkout of the package in another directory?
seems to be intermittent and I am guessing it is a problem at our end. it was triggered doing svn up in the devel gQTLBase folder. i will let you know if it cannot be explained here.
