High-throughput sequencing technologies (Solexa, 454, etc) offer
exciting prospects for biological insight coupled with challenging
statistical and computational issues. If you're interested in
developing Bioconductor packages for these technologies, or if you're
a user hoping to contribute to the direction in which package
