[Bioc-devel] AnnotationHub: Error in Docker release_core
Dear Elena, thank you for your quick response. Seems as I have make this up to early - it works now for me as well, must have been a pure connection issue. That's strange, on linux it's working. Seems related to network unavailability inside Docker with Mac OS X (I know, not a very insightful suggestion...).
BTW: are the docker scripts that were used to create the bioc dockers under http://www.bioconductor.org/help/docker/ somewhere available?
