crlmm hasn't built successfully on devel for quite a while http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/crlmm/lamb2-checksrc.html maybe it is just that oligoClasses and crlmm are out of sync? Installing crlmm from source seems to cure this problem? Martin
(this MSG is right before "welcome to crlmm version 1.13.0") Given the message, I expected to find an import "order" from oligoClasses in crlmms namespace, but that does not seem to be the case. The welcome message is defined on .onAttach(), so whatever is looking for order in oligoClasses happens before that... Any suggestions on where to look? I've looked at both namespace files and searched everything in R/ for both packages. Thoughs? Thanks a lot, Benilton [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
