Hi again,
My bad, the author/Maintainer of the package reacted within a day to my PR ?
So no need to get involved further.
Thanks again,
Philippe

Objet : found and corrected bug in flowClean package
Hi dear Bioc-devel community,
I recently found a bug in flowClean package, for which I submitted a fix in a pull request in the maintainer?s repo : https://github.com/cafletezbrant/flowClean/pull/6
I suspect the error did not pop up before because the wrong code was involving testing a logical vector within a if( ) statement, which seems to raise an error only in recent versions of R.
However, the package does not seem to be maintained actively (no commit since 2018), so I was wondering whether one of you could implement the fix in Bioconductor github repo directly.
Thanks,
Philippe.
