[Bioc-devel] Reminder about version numbers 0.y.z

Seth Falcon 
Packages in devel with version numbers 0.y.z will NOT be
included in the release.  

Our convention is that 0.y.z indicates that a package is too young for
release.  If you have a package that is currently 0.y.z and wants to
be in the release, contact me ASAP.
