[Bioc-devel] update AnnotationHub and ExperimentHub server

I ran in to a few snags when I tried this update last week. Just a heads up, I'm going to try again tomorrow, Friday Aug 17, from 9-noon EST.

Tomorrow (Thursday, August 7) we'll be doing some updates to the server that host AnnotationHub and ExperimentHub. The work will take place from 9-noon EST. We don't anticipate any noticeable downtime (if all goes well) so this is just an fyi.
