[Bioc-devel] Windows 3.22 data from bioc.r-universe.dev

Hi package maintainers,

In preparing for the release, I pulled information from https://bioc.r-universe.dev to help us understand where we are on the Windows 3.22 builds since we are without our own builder.

Here's information about all the Windows 3.22 builds on R 4.5.1:
