[Bioc-devel] Please deprecate NxtIRFcore

Dear Bioconductor team,

I am the author of NxtIRFcore. Please deprecate this package ( NxtIRFcore )
as its functionality is superseded by SpliceWiz.

Please also note NOT to deprecate NxtIRFdata (a data package with a similar
sounding name). It is a required dependency for SpliceWiz.
