[Bioc-devel] NEWS file hasn't been updated in the devel branch of package cbaf

AFAICT the NEWS file on this page is identical to the one in cbaf 1.1.2. FYI our website is served via Amazon CloudFront and there are sometimes delay/caching issues. I'm frequently hit by those. Cheers, H.
