The error also occurred on the release branch https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/drawProteins/ If devel builds cleanly please also push to the RELEASE_3_22 branch if you have not done so already. Hi,
I have changed the drawProteins package and pushed the updated code to
the devel branch on Bioconductor.
I think it all should work now. Certainly it passes my local test() and
check().
Is there something else I should do or is this enough for now?
I will respond to the issue on Github too.
