Subject: [Bioc-devel] Question about updating the release version of a package
Hi,
I have a question regarding a bug fix for the release version of
GRENITS. Recent changes to ggplot2 now causes
the release version of GRENITS to crash. I've updated the package to
avoid this and followed the instructions on the source
control page to change the development branch and merge the changes to
the release branch. The daily build reports for
release and development seem fine now, however the release package on
the main GRENITS webpage is still the old version.
I committed the changes nearly a month ago.
Am I missing something?
