[Bioc-devel] regioneR failing to build and causing other packages to fail

Hi everyone, 
Today when I checked the build report of my package R3CPET at the devel version if failed to pass the CHECK step because the regioneR is failing to build and causing the ChIPpeakAnno package (on which my package depends) to fail.

just to ask the maintainer of regioneR to fix the problem if possible.
