[Bioc-devel] Question about Bioc 2.1 daily check
Thank you very much for taking a look at this problem. I am glad that everything is working fine again :) Agnes ________________________________ From: hpages at fhcrc.org [mailto:hpages at fhcrc.org] Sent: Wed 9/26/2007 10:05 AM To: Martin Morgan Cc: Paquet, Agnes; bioc-devel at stat.math.ethz.ch Subject: Re: [Bioc-devel] Question about Bioc 2.1 daily check Hi Agnes, Thanks Martin for checking this! Yes all our build machines have access to the net. Today the TIMEOUT problem in goTools's vignette has gone (see last 2.1 build/check report) without any intervention on our side which indicates that we were probably hit by temporary network issues. Cheers, H. Quoting Martin Morgan <mtmorgan at fhcrc.org>:
Hi Agnes -- I didn't see an answer to this, but it was almost certainly a transient network access issue, either at the Bioconductor or ucsf end -- the build machines have access to the net. Thanks for being vigilant! Martin "Paquet, Agnes" <apaquet at medsfgh.ucsf.edu> writes:
Hi Everyone, One of my packages needs to download a file with annotations from my lab website in order to run some examples. This has been working well for a while, but I checked the daily download page today and it looks like there is no internet connection on the computers running the daily checks anymore, causing the Bioc 2.1 check to fail on all machines for this package. Are these computers going to be connected to the internet again? Thank you very much, Agnes
