[Bioc-devel] Tcl/TK pckage "Bwidget"

Hello,

I am getting the following message when I try to run The R Project for
Statistical Computing.

Cannot find Tcl/TK pckage "Bwidget" limmaGUI cannot continue.

Bwidget may not be included in your tcltk library depending on the source. For 
Windows, you may need to install the binary by ActiveTcl. For Linux, you will 
have to install it.

If got tcltk from ActiveTcl, you may need to set TCL_LIBRARY (e.g. 
C:\Tcl\lib\tcl8.4) and MY_TCLTK (a non-empty value, e.g. "yes") in your Windows 
environment variable.

How can I correct this.
