Hi,
I?m the maintainer of package cbaf. The last version of cbaf in devel branch is
available at bioconductor.org. However, due to an unknown reason, the
NEWS file hasn?t been updated to the newest version (It is from the previous
version of cbaf). I manually downloaded the Source Package of cbaf from the
following bioconductor web page and it contains the correct NEWS file.
