[Bioc-devel] Submission of a revision of a package

Dear all,

I first submitted my package GeneGeneInteR with the old version of the 
issue tracker the 25th of May.

I sent a revision of my package the 17th of june, but in the meanwhile 
the Github submission has opened.

Should I use the Github-based tracker to submit the revision of my 
package or should I wait for the end of the revision process?
