[Bioc-devel] no BioC-devel check results?

any idea why "BioC 2.1: Multiple platform build/check report" is empty for the last couple of days and when is it getting back to life?
Sorry about that. There is an issue with the Windows build and the current configuration of the build system prevents an overall report from appearing if any of the build nodes completely fails. Herve is on holiday this week (back on Monday) and he will get things going again then. However, there is a workaround to get non-Windows check results in the meantime: On the check results dispatch page__, there is a link "download" which links to a file report.tgz. If you unpack this you can open report/lamb1-index.html locally and view the Linux build results, for example. This build system feature is mostly for repository maintainers because it makes it easy to grep all results for particular warning/error messages. __ http://www.bioconductor.org/checkResults/ Sorry for the inconvenience. We expect the results to be back to normal early next week. Best, + seth
