[Bioc-devel] Important: Bioconductor 2.10 branch to be created today

Hello BioC developers,

We will be creating the Bioconductor 2.10 branch today at 1:30PM
Seattle time. (20:30 UTC).

Please stop all commits to trunk before 1:30PM and do not resume until
further notice.

We will send another email when it is OK to resume commits. The
process should not take more than an hour.
