[Bioc-devel] CHM and HTML help files missing ?

Hi,

In the current windows binary downloads
the CHM help files are missing, 
and in fact also HTML (or text) manpages. 

Has BioC adopted a different policy,
or are these problems in the windows build system(s) ?
