[Bioc-devel] Create a new GitHub repository for an existing Bioconductor package

Dear Bioconductor,

I need to create a new GitHub repository for an existing /Bioconductor/ 
package; however, I have lost my svn account connecting to the package.

Could you please tell me how I can recover the svn account in order to 
do so.
