[Bioc-devel] update maintainer email

Hi,

I'd like to activate my Bioconductor Git Credentials, but no longer have access to my old email at stubben at lanl.gov<mailto:stubben at lanl.gov>.   Can you update this to chris.stubben at hci.utah.edu<mailto:chris.stubben at hci.utah.edu>
