Hi Dan, Could you rename it to riboSeqR, please? Thanks, Tom

Is it possible to easily change the name of this package?
This should not be a problem, since your package has not yet undergone a release. Let me know what you want the new name to be and I will rename the directory in svn and make sure that your svn permissions apply to that new directory. Then you'll want to go through the package and change its name throughout, most importantly in the Package: field of the DESCRIPTION file. Dan
