Hi,
I added ?Phylogenetics? and ?SNP? to BiocViews of my package sitePath in both release and develop version. Wonder if that?s causing the problem. Because ?Phylogenetics? is a legit BiocViews so far as I know but was never used before. And changing BiocViews is not ?bug fix? update which might break the webpage rendering?
Just want to help you pinpoint the cause and if it is really me, what do I do to help fix it.
