[Bioc-devel] ANN: big change in graph package

Hi all,

I've just committed a patch to the graph package that removes the
dependency on Ruuid.  

In order to remove the Ruuid dependency, I removed a number of classes
and methods that to my knowledge are not being used by anyone.  If you
or your code relies on the graph package, please help me test this
change by installing graph_1.11.15 or newer (in svn or on the website
by Thurs).

We decided to remmove this code because the Ruuid dependency was
causing installation difficulty (Ruuid depends on glib at present) and
because it provided an opportunity to remove stale code which will
make the package easier to maintain.
