[Bioc-devel] x.y.z version not updated

Dear Bioconductor Team,

I noticed that cfTools' GitHub page (
https://github.com/jasminezhoulab/cfTools) is not updated following the
new RELEASE_3_21. Previously, there will be an automatic bump of the x.y.z
version after the new release, but I don't see it this time. Could you
please look into this? Thank you very much!
