[Bioc-devel] Give person commit access to 'SBGNview'

Please activate your BiocCredentials account to manage it. The email address is luo_weijun at yahoo.com.

Once you do that, you can add specific SSH keys which give you access. Your GitHub ID is already added and access to the package should be managed with the same SSH key as your GitHub.
