[Bioc-devel] Human Gene ST arrays

Has anybody done any in-depth work with the new Human Gene ST arrays 
from Affymetrix?

I have been trying to analyze using oligo/makePlatformDesign, and it 
appears that Affy have modified their approach slightly. In the past, 
each probe belonged to only one probeset (and was supposed to 
interrogate only one gene transcript). However, it now appears that 
there are many probes that belong to more than one probeset.

Can anybody confirm this?
