[Bioc-devel] Package version numbers have been bumped

Hi all,

Per our earlier discussions on this list, I have gone ahead and
incremented version numbers for the Bioc 1.7 release branch (coming
along, but not quite ready yet) and also incremented all packages in
trunk so that all packages have an odd y digit (x.y.z).

As Gordon suggested, I've documented our policy and posted it to the
developer's wiki:

We are still shooting for announcing the release this Friday.
