[Bioc-devel] Deadline to remove warnings is approaching

The methylumi warnings are new as of the past few days. Partial matches, etc. Has something changed recently in the way which build warnings are processed?
The partial matches are NOTEs, not warnings. So those have been there all along but would not in themselves cause the build report to say the package checked with a warning. (They should be fixed regardless). Dan
Obviously I'll patch these but I'm just curious why they only started throwing warnings recently. --t On Fri, Sep 21, 2012 at 1:58 PM, Dan Tenenbaum <dtenenba at fhcrc.org> wrote:
Hi all, Just a reminder that the deadline for packages to pass build and check without warnings is Monday (September 24). There are still a number of packages that have warnings, many related to undocumented objects or code/documentation mismatches. Please check the build report to see if your package is affected: http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/ Full release schedule is here: http://bioconductor.org/developers/release-schedule/ Thanks, Dan
