Subject: [Bioc-devel] Important: Bioconductor 2.14 branch to be created today

Hello BioC developers,

We will be creating the Bioconductor 2.14 branch today at 2:00 PM
Seattle time. (21:00 UTC). This is about an hour and 20 minutes from
now.

Please stop all commits to trunk before 2:00PM and do not resume
until
further notice.

We will send another email when it is OK to resume commits. The
process (once it starts) should not take more than an hour.
