Wednesday April 20: Deadline to add new packages to the Bioc 3.15 manifest. Package submitted to tracker must have completed the review processes and been accepted to be added to the manifest.
You must have just missed the deadline. Your package sSNAPPY is 0.99.8 in the development branch, which would mean that it will be available from the release branch in six months' time.
