[Bioc-devel] Trouble syncing repo to bioconductor

Hello, 

I am having some issues pushing some changes to my package. I am following the steps here:

And at step 3 I get the following:

Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

I have given my github username to bioconductor via the form found here 

https://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/new-package-workflow/. 

I would like to push some changes to the Doscheda package.
