I have uploaded the latest version of my package DMCHMM after implementing almost all comments I received after the first review. 
What is the next step to proceed?

Please comment on the issue that the package is ready for another review so your reviewer knows you are finished making changes.  It is also nice to include a summary of what has been changed on the github issue.
