[Bioc-devel] svn commit problem

You can't commit to release 2.13 since we are no longer building it. You can commit to the current release branch (2.14) and to trunk (devel).

I encountered a problem when I was committing the change to

     https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/branches/RELEASE_2_13/madman/Rpacks/omicade4

I use TortoiseSVN, it returns me the following error message:

     Commit
     Z:\users_files\Chen\Projects\MCIA\omicade4\DESCRIPTION
     Commit failed (details follow):
     Changing file
     'Z:\users_files\Chen\Projects\MCIA\omicade4\DESCRIPTION' is
       forbidden by the server
     Access to
       '/bioconductor/!svn/ver/85330/branches/RELEASE_2_13/madman/Rpacks/omicade4/DESCRIPTION'
       forbidden
     Additional errors:
     CHECKOUT of
       '/bioconductor/!svn/ver/85330/branches/RELEASE_2_13/madman/Rpacks/omicade4/DESCRIPTION':
       403 Forbidden

I tried to clean up, re-check out, but does not work. I would
appreciate
any help and please let me know if you need more information.
