Every package is built and checked nightly. Anything pushed before 445 PM EST will be included in the next day's build report. Anything after that time will be an extra day to appear. You can check the build report to see what day it was generated http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.11/bioc-LATEST/ The new build report posts roughly around 1 PM EST. Until the new build report is posted, and assuming that your package has built successfully, the package landing page you referenced will not be updated. It can take up to 24 hours for the landing pages to be updated with information.
