[Bioc-devel] graph package needs to be fixed

Hi Michael,

Thanks for pointing that out . I have fixed the issue and a tar ball 
should be available in the next build cycle.
I wasn't aware that CRAN hosts another version of the graph package.

Hi guys,

The graph package needs to be fixed. Since it fails R CMD check, there is no
tarball available in 2.9. This causes biocLite() to get the version off of
CRAN (1.28), which is ancient.
