[Bioc-devel] Package updating Error

Dear Developers,

I am updating my package but getting following note.

*no visible global function definition for 'subject'*


I have tried using import(Biostrings) and Depend(Biostrings) but problem
persist. I am using it to get subject of pairwiseAlignment output.
