Are you on a different computer? You could always create and add additional public keys for your package through the git credentials app. https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/ If you have never activated the account, please activate first: https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/account_activation/ Cheers, Lori Shepherd Bioconductor Core Team Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department of Biostatistics & Bioinformatics Elm & Carlton Streets Buffalo, New York 14263

Hi Julie,
Lori is correct, it seems you've never activated your account on BiocCredentials which is linked to julie.zhu at umassmed.edu.
Please activate your account, add new SSH keys and you will gain access to your package.
Best,
Nitesh

Thank you very much, Lori and Nitesh! That fixed it! It worked before the new release and I automatically thought that something has changed the behavior since the release. Now I am thinking back, it's because that I has accidently overwritten the id_isa file recently, which leads to the invalid public key in https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/ Thanks again! Best regards, Julie
