[Bioc-devel] broken website ?

you are right, there is a problem when you go through task
views.

bioconductor.org/packages/2.1/Microarray.html, which is
accessed through the task views links under download, shows
no packages in view. seems like a logic problem with the
use of the views ontology.

the problem is very severe -- hardly any packages can be seen
through the web pages.

Hi James, Vince,

A recent change in the base::write.dcf() function broke the script we use
to generate those views. This is fixed now. Thanks for reporting the problem.

Cheers,
H.

the experimental data are visible through, e.g. packages/2.1/data/experiment

Leukemia.html does seem to exist but i know of no experiment package
with that name -- not in a current checkout of the svn archive
bioc-data/trunk/experiment/pkgs, in any case.
