The Code Freeze for the current Bioconductor 3.14 Release is next Monday April 11, 2022. After this date there will be no changes to the code on this branch; this includes bug fixes or hot fixes. If your package is failing on the release build report, this weekend will be your last chance ever to update the code on RELEASE_3_14 branch of Bioconductor. Software Builds: http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.14/bioc-LATEST/ Experiment Data Builds: http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.14/data-experiment-LATEST/ Workflow Builds: http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.14/workflows-LATEST/ We appreciate everyones' continued contributions to Bioconductor. For clarification: Everyone can still commit changes to the devel (master branch) for the upcoming Bioconductor 3.15 release. This freeze only applies to the RELEASE_3_14 branch. We ask that changes on the devel branch are limited to ERROR correction only; no API or major changes to packages as of next Wednesday. The master branch is now consider the release candidate branch for release 3.15. Dear the managers Bioconductor, I have a quick question on RELEASE_3_14. Our R package ASURAT (past Issue #2524) was accepted on 5th April, 2022. https://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/ASURAT.html My GitHub account already has ssh public keys. Since ASURAT is not included in the list of Software Builds, I would like you to recheck ASURAT?s status. I am sorry if I misunderstand the concept of RELEASE. Sincerely yours, Keita Iida

Your recently accepted package was accepted to the development branch of Bioconductor not release 3.14. It should be available in Bioc devel and will be in the upcoming Bioconductor 3.15 release happening later this month. Get Outlook for iOS<https://aka.ms/o0ukef>
